  • I want to advise anyone if you are going to waste money then buy carol magio workouts she is the original facercise person and she teaches it profesionally, I have never heard of this man before, also I watched carol magio and others and this mans technique isn't the best, the reason i dont like it is coz when he smiles he doesnt use any resistance with his hands and so it kind of creates frowns i would smile but also put fingers on cheecks to smooth out lines

  • @Nouri8885 The resistance is not always good as it is not natural way of exercising the face. Also, you can damage your skin and muscles while touching your face. But if you like you can use a resistance while practicing Mimirobics. All I tried to do is to make facial exercises funny and easy to do with music.

  • good or not.. teh music addition is fantastic.... maybe now i will be able to do some face exersizes ... its like dancing with your face... and dancing is very great fun..... .... nice touch

  • @stereosound321 try to built muscle first and then lose weight later. Although you're skinny, you might not realize that you have high body fat. If you lose fat now, you'll be all bones. So gain muscle first and lose fat later. Losing fat will tone up your body
