This has to be the dumbest traffic control device ever designed - To actually destroy a vehicle, cause injury and cause more congestion as a result of non-compliance... What the hell does that solve?!

They should've payed the congestion charge instead of paying for all the damage to their cars. Did you see the windscreen crack when the white van crashes? Ouch...

Avoiding the congestion charge is illegal (I don't like the charge, but the laws the law), so as long as the only damage was to cars and people's pride, they got what they deserved.
