43 & Pregnant Again 20 Years Later

I am 43 and pregnant. I want to support other women in their 40's trying to get pregnant, just finding out they are, or worrying about it and my personal experience as I go through this 20 years after last pregnancy I carried to term when I was 23. Ironically I am pregnant at the exact same month, too. 23, now 43.
I am PRO-CHOICE. Call me names all you want, you are not changing me. I am an adult and it is my body. Watch first, THEN judge. But though I am not religious, judge not lest ye be judged.

Too bad about your last baby. Must have been a hard decision. I know someone who had a baby at 43, it can be done. But as you know, your risk of m/c is about 50% at that age :(

I am 42 and I am hoping I am pregnant. Will test in 2 days. I am glad to see another woman pregnant naturally at this age. How are you doing now? Hows the pregnancy going?

My mom thought she was pregnant at around age 45 but it was menopause. Poor her when she took pregnancy tests and didn't realize what was going on. She went to the doctor and learned what happened. You are looking healthy. I don't think you would have any problems. I was a single mom for 13 years, but now that I am married and stable I'd love to have a baby in a real home with a real daddy. We lost a baby when I was 4 months preg. It's your body and your life, I don't think anyone can judge you.

I believe if you are in the position to care for this baby, go ahead and do it! Aslong as you are healthy I believe your pregnancy could go just fine and your daughter will be able to see this child grow up and have a great bond with the baby. The past is the past and this is the future so make the most of it.
