Hi, swayland7. I've probably watched Boy in the Making a dozen times by now, but I just recently noticed that you included a thank you to some of your grade school friends in the film's credits: "...to Ronan for my voice, and to Mike for the one time gift." By any chance, were Ronan and Mike your Maggie and Alex?

@2bePowLow: No, Ronan and Mike were just boys who were kind to me in elementary school. I'm pretty much Alex (probably not as brave), and Maggie would be my best female friend growing up. The My Little Pony comment, if I remember correctly, came straight out of her mouth.

I thought the story was a good one and the actors did exactly as the script called for. The bully wanted to be wanted by someone and that is why he surrounded himself with the younger boys. They did a good job of acting.

so much different in england, the boys just need to be near eachother and theres a fight and with girls its all talk which if u ask me hurts the most, my dd died not so long ago and im not tht rich, 2 girls came up to me and sed "ur dad only killed himself cuz he hates you, you made ur family poor" well along those lines anyway. id of taken a beaten insted of tht any day. :(
