I think that's only in the American version. The one they showed was probably a less bloody one version of the game(notice no blood is coming out when Travis kills).

NMH is the best Hardcore game on the Wii. The sequel is apparently the last one of the series to be on it though, since Suda's looking at ways to incorporate Microsoft's Natal into gameplay. Which is freaking awesome.
