  • we all have good days and bad days, but consider that this woman has a full-time job, a family, and many other responsiblities, yet she still trains and can do things that most viewers cannot. It is easy to critisize, but how many of you can post videos of yourself? Not many. Because many of you do not even train, much less exercise. Nice dragon tail sweeps by the way!

  • Thanks Randy. Nice to hear from you again.

  • hmm.... u need a lot more practise 2 became wushu artist...like Chuck Norris...HE'S the BEST.

  • Yes, you are right. I certainly do need more practice on all the basics. However, I just want to be myself, I don't want to be so-and-so look alike. =P

  • I just came across your video, and it was fun to watch. Regardless of anyone's criticisms or critiques, you're doing a great job. Your focus, dedication and humility is obvious and far more important than any technique. Keep it up!

  • Thank you. I had to admit that I am lazy sometimes, but when I am determined to work out. I give my 100% =P

  • more speed, better confidence and alot more power. ur posture is very clen in forms tho. and also when u do the basic front slapkick u shouldn't remove ur left hand from ur right hand when slapping, if u do then theres no point to even using ur left hand at all. good luck ;)

  • Thank you for your comment, I sure will work on all the areas that you've pointed out for me. Cheers! =P

  • hello nice

  • what?! I wasn't just been up for 12 hours, but 16 hours and running around back and forth at work for 8 hours, then had 2 Taiji classes before all these were filmed. However, your advise will still be well taken. Let me go make some 牛尾汤 and drink some Japanese Sencha NOW!!! HOhoho~~~ =P
