  • @frankatunda Hi, actually not, I don not know the congolese culture, but nevertheless, I took the liberty to comment what I saw in the street. I don't wait to be specialist before seeing and comment things. It there something wrong with commenting things, especially bare and objective facts like I did? Someone that is specialist can always add his comments; that would be constructive.
