  • great tutorial

  • @palizprincess23 THanks darling :)

  • Thanks so much for responding. I will look into colorless powder. If it's not too much trouble, do you know of a drug store brand? Also what powder do you day to day? Your make up looks great. thanks! :)

  • @marden94 yes, almost every brand makes their own version of this. If you are looking for something inexpensive you can check out NYC's translucent powders, I believe they have them in both pressed and loose versions so you have some choices there :)

  • Thanks, great video. I never wear make-up & am just now getting interested in it (@ 28:). One question, after the concealer & foundation, then do I put bronzer on? Also can bronzer can used to set the concealer if I don't put on foundation? Thanks a lot!

  • @marden94 Its never too late to get into makeup :) Generally bronzer is used to make you look sun kissed & tan. It should be used sparingly over your cheeks, forehead etc. I wouldn't use it to set concealer because that means you're using large amounts in place of a setting powder. I dont use liquid foundation, only concealer and powder from day to day, if you dont want to do that maybe you can look into a translucent (colorless) powder to set your concealer? :) good luck

  • The beginning got me dizzy hahah O.o

  • very informative :) thankyou

  • Wow! Great job. I am so glad to find someone who actually has dark circles under their eyes - and above them - like me, and yet not be embarassed to show them so that others can benefit. You did such an awesome job! I am almost 47 and have been trying for years to get away from the 'racoon' eye look. Your tips are so practical and make so much sense, I will give them a try! Thanks!

  • Tee hee... YT doesn't give me enough characters to submit my comment as a single post. :P

I'm hoping to get your advice -- I wear very little makeup. No foundation. In the video, you use your foundation to give your skin an even colour. What do you suggest I do to make my concealer look natural if I don't use foundation? Thanks in advance for your help!

  • Thanks for this tutorial! This is the first time I've heard of using concealer for highlighting. I've just started getting into makeup. Because school = dark circles, I've been hunting for the right concealer + technique. Through trial and error I've discovered that dabbing excess product on my cheek bones helps it blend in with my overall skin colour. I hadn't thought of using it in my highlight-areas to give my eyes/cheekbones a visual lift. Thanks!

  • WOW- She looks great! I have never used under-eye concealer, but I'm going to start! WHAT a difference!!!!!!

  • Today I went to the body shop to buy a product for dark circles and the receptionist told me that there was a product for eyes prone to dark circles and the other with a tendency to have conversations. Mind you, I asked a man because the results are much better and more enhanced:) walks over and tells you:) Just some advice, sorry if my English is not good, but I'm Portuguese and I went to google translator ;P

  • Great Video LeeLee, I have a question, how would you use this technique with Liquid Foundation? I usually use concealer after applying liquid foundation. I have very oily skin.

  • Is there any way to cover up a crease?? I have that problem and I don't wear makeup.
