pete is kinda overrated, it feels like he takes drugs just so there will be more talk about him. I think he is 70 % poser and 30 % musician. When john frusciante from red hot chili peppers was addicted he kept it for himself. Pete is not even trying to hide. its almost like he wants everybody to know. Thats not soulpower

Yh, but they are from different cultures and backgrounds. Pete admits he's a mod at heart, and mods have a evident past for drugs, girls alcohol etc. Poser?? Read his book and his mums book and read his history. Frusciante took the drugs because he had the money and Kiedis had an influence on him because of his background. Pete takes them to avoid the things which emotionally hurt him the most. Poetically, theres not a lot better around today. Shame about his shadowed past
