Cambridge 2008 Teslathon thermite explosion

What happens when a large amount of thermite (many pounds) meets a pumpkin filled with ice... (oh, and a load of bricks & pottery)... Astonishingly, no-one was hurt, although hot, blackened bricks were found many feet behind the observers... I filmed this, so sorry that it was cut off (I was running away!)
