Just Saturday a Boeing 737-800 crash landed in Guyana belonging to Caribbean Airlines, apparently the pilot overshot the runway due to bad weather, i do hope in the future a program would be done regarding this crash, all passengers survived.

Many have asked why the third pilot in the cockpit. Simple! The F/O was in training, so the third pilot was there to see that plane flies safely if the captain interacts with the F/O and be distracted. This is exactly what did not happen.
