Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano announced the National Terrorism Advisory system. It advises of an imminent or elevated threat alert versus the old system which used a color chart. (April 20)

Freeze-frame it while she is talking and cover her nose and mouth with your fingers and look at just how completely lifeless and 'Dead' her eyes are! Those are the eyes of a true psychopath. Now compare them by doing the same thing with pictures of cult leaders and other serial killers, etc. on the net and it will chill your blood for real!!
