Well, I mean like if one of those assassin roofhopping gods of death in real life could do this, this would be the way.
-

hehehehahahaha Were you dancing on his grave? hahaha
-
its nice when you kill him first before he hides behind the blue wall thingy

I "accidently" killed Robert when he ran to kill me. *lucky*
-
your music killed the awesomeness of altair.

Of AC1? I think you may be. Except for Stab. I liked AC2 the best overall, but even though it got boring after a while, no combat moment in AC has ever given me as much enjoyment as the comboing in AC:B. They need to take that system, make it more complex, make it less devestating, and give the high-level guards the ability to break it up, and create a new system for fighting them, one that makes fighting two difficult. Then AC's combat will be perfect.

@irurwurst Am I the only one that likes the combat part of this game :P?

Trust me, after fighting 10000000000 guards during that mission alone, you just want to get through it quickly!

@irurwurst But its a million tiems more entertaining then without

The trick to fighting using only your hidden blades, I've found, is instead of just holding down the right trigger and pressing X, squeeze both right trigger and X button at the same time. If you can time it just right, you will be able to kill a number of enemies without injury. I know this works on AC2, but I don't know if it works on AC1 yet, haven't tested it.

@quila001 That trick works in AC1 sword fighting to prevent defense breaks. The guards won't attempt the break your defense if you're not defending. I just hold right trigger when countering with the hidden blade.
Hidden Blade counters are different between AC1 and AC2. In AC2, each enemy class requires different timing whereas in AC1 the timing window is extremely tight and the blade offers no defense. I consider AC1 counters more challenging.

isn't she the one altair "do's" in assassins creed 2?... the fake rob

@themrcheezburger Yes. Maria goes from being Altaïr's target to his mate.

@stabguy36 you being serious or sarcastic?

@themrcheezburger Serious. In AC1, Maria is Robert's page and a Templar herself. Altaïr nearly kills her. He gets to know her better in Bloodlines and she changes her allegiance to the Assassins. AC2 confirms that Altaïr and Maria became lovers. They had two sons together.
