ALIEN 51 - Aliens or The Powers That Be - or Both?

My personal opinion is that the alien threat is manmade and i base that on
Bill Cooper, who is most credible and reliable of researching and documenting
that. Also, if you come from lightyears away, do you really need to
disect/operate/implant common people?
Or is it more realistic that when aliens are faked, they can do research on man without being held responsible? The implant taken out convinced me of the latter. Not because it was there, but because the abductees had scars. I assume that when you travel lightyears, you don't need to CUT anyone open, to place something....
"Man has been altered 65 times" - so now number 66 is waiting
to be engineerd...assume they tried 5 times - comes up 666...
