  • Okay, that was obviously not Rick on keyboards...who is that?

Totally lovin' what Jon was wearing...too bad I couldn't really hear him...he's usually up front doin' what he does best...I knew he'd injured his back...but considering I'm a singer too, I know there's back muscles that help the diaphragm do what it does, so if his back was hurting...I can see why he'd do rhythm guitar and accompanying vocals.

  • @druidkat7 That´s the original keyboard player, Tony Kaye.

  • Jon had injured his back in the early nineties. Then he fell off the back of the stage Yes was rehearsing on. His face looked puffy or swollen even on the KTA dvd recorded in March 96. Weight gain or a bloated appearance is a side effect of steroids. In 2002 Jon was decorating his home for X-mas when he fell off the ladder.

  • Didn´t know he´d had fallen before.

A few days before felling off the ladder in 2002, he also tripped over some monitors and fell on the stage while performing "CTTE" at Universal Amphitheater.

  • Jon weight was due steroids he taking for a broken back.

  • Jon injured his in december 2002.

He fell off of a ladder while assembling a Christma´s tree.

  • Actually the song was co-written by Roger Hodgson from Supertramp

  • I remember them performing on Letterman in support of this album, but I recall them playing "The Calling", unless they did two performances that night.

And what's with that spaz Paul Schaffer in the background? Couldn't they get him off the stage and let Yes perform by themselves?

  • this would be a better video if the video and audio weren't off, but oh well, it's still great to listen to :)

  • @fib112358

What do you think of 'Tribute yes"????

  • They put billy over on the other side...the yes of today would die to get Billy as a front man.....just like chris wanted in 89'!!!

  • This is horrible.

    Sheesh!!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE time in life for YES.

    YUK YUK YUK.

  • My fav YES song.

  • Yes, I heard about Jon falling off a ladder and hurting his back. Is that why they called one of their albums "The Ladder"?

  • Trevor sings lead here as he is the main songwriter of this. He wrote it himself as a solo piece, Roger added to it. Then later, when Yes used it for "Talk", Jon added his 2 cents so to speak, but the main foundation, both music & lyrics, is Trevor's. The demo is on Trevor's 2003 record, "90124"..with Trevor singing lead & Roger singing background vocals.

  • @dufortrph yes but the 80s, 90s, and 00s were tame time for him, for the most part... im hoping this new album will be something... even though ive enjoyed every album yes ever released...
