Easily create Little Planet Effect using the new Dynamic Photo HDR (DPHDR) version 4. The new version has included post-editor with many additional effects.
@George14PK it Photo Brush 5 is similar to photoshop but more limited. it does have a couple of things that photoshop can't do easily (like the droste effect and the Little Planet function works quicker than photoshop's "polar ordinate" function. i don't think PB5 has Layers but i could be wrong
if you want TRUE 360x180 planet panos, check out PhotoCrimeX's channel, he has a tutorial showing you how to do it the real way (you don't need even need PS or PB5)

@George14PK ok apparently this isn't called Photo Brush 5, but these programs are EXTREMELY similar.... probably made by the same creator
