Immigrants, whether they're illegal or legal, in this country are still human beings and still have the RIGHT to pursuit happiness! The more challenges given to the undocumented, the more problems the United States will acquire. Therefore, ordering them to go back or making the legalization process nearly unreachable is only going to discourage these undocumented HUMANS from actually intending to become legal residents or citizens of the United States.
