That happened to me. I just kept trying to rack it back and then pulled it forward and it came back out. I reassembled it, and worked.
I am going to see the other video of your vest. Its cool that your buying some equipment, i might buy one eventually, but at the moment i am waiting for tactical light, Blackhawk serpa holster, hogue grip, and mag pouch to arrive from ebay/amazon.

The ruger P series are some good guns. I sold my Ruger P 89 to my brother and told him if he wanted to get rid of it sell it back to me. He sold it to a pawn shop :D haha.
