Improv by Mari to Broken-Sugar Pole Fitness

This is a little improv I did after class about 10pm, we were all a bit tired but my friend had travelled far to come to my class so we all took turns giving her a 'private' dance prezzie.

Not the greatest improv but it's good to do these and realise just how much more practice one needs!

Please be kind, motivate me rather than crush me!! I am sensitive.... he he ;-D

Classes held at Cranfield Uni Bed nr Milton Keynes, Ladies First Bedford Park, Club Diana, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.

I think it would depend on the school. I take over 18s unless they are over 16 accompanied by and adult. ;-D

OMG! I LOVED this! Girl, you inspire me... I began pole dancing this April and was hooked... I stopped for a few months and am starting to pick it back up..Your videos make it seem so easy! :O)
