Nice post. not sure if this still effects computer monitors but magnets near screens cause permanent damage in my experience. Of course youd have to blatantly keep putting it near screen over and over. Maybe thats a thing of the past with CRT monitors but just fyi to anyone using magnets to get screws out near screen.
