That's one purty' lookin' and soundin' guitar you have there, mate. I'm definitely looking into getting one of those in that colour. Thanks for the demo.

@fraidwoodcesco waat no, since it has a solid bridge and is just a little bit shorter, it keeps in tune just fine. Got one myself, it really does a great Nirvana-ish sound if you like fuzz and dynamic range from clean to distorted.

@fraidwoodcesco its definately not out of tune you can tell, it just has a lot more trebly and open tone rather than a warm bassy tone

@taylornutt well see the thing is that i want a mustang i thought this didn't sound very good distorted

i could get a mustang pickup in here right?

@MattTMoss Yeah. same thing basically. I actually liked the stock pickups but Mustang pickups would slip right in.

in every video on youtube this guitar is out of tune! it's just a coincidence or is this guitar impossible to tune?
fraidwoodcesco 6 months ago
@fraidwoodcesco I think because it comes with light strings is the issue.

@taylornutt I have a duo-sonic left to me by my Dad. I know he bought it new sometime in the 50's. I'd NEVER sell it but was wondering what it's worth. Any idea ? Thanks

@nerblebun It depends on the condition and on the market. I would check ebay and see if you can find a model similar to yours in year and condition.
