PS3 Secret Recovery Menu

Ps3 recovery menu only works with 2.50 or above.

my ps3 stopped reading blu rays. will the secret menu help me?

Sorry I dont know, if you did everything right it should show as long as you have the latest software on your ps3

anybody know how to delete a linux bootloader from the ps3's flash memory? PLEASE RESPOND I AM DESPERATE

@pendejadafcc Hold down the power button and reset your ps3. That should get the PS3 system back up rather than linux. Then update to the latest version which removes the other OS feature.

@carney1920 No, but you can do this instead of sending it to sony ..You will need:

- A hair dryer

- A fan - and music and gloves, and possibly a drink

Put your gloves on ,set the music to your song. Get the hair dryer and blow hot air through the vents of yor ps3 system.Put a towel on the ps3, but leave space for the vents Do this for 5- 10 minutes. Drink somting once in a while. The gloves are to protect your skin from burning. After that prosses, Let the fan cool the ps3 the ps3 and BOOM.

@3adCompany Same thing happend to me, what you do is hit the power button again and hold it and it should do the double beep

when I hold it again it beeps 3 times instead of twice and then jsut goes to the normal ps3 screen, any ideas??

It really does work! ps3s are pretty much computers that use ur tv as a monitor,i use mine for everything from downloading movies(not at the ps store),pics,and it does more!

i do exactly what u do but it doesnt work it says connect the controller using a USB cable then press the PS button i already tried with 2 USB but when i press the button the controller lights are flashing but the they fade again
