One of the teachers at my school once washed a girl's hair in the sink to demonstrate to the rest of the class how to do it.

Someone told me I shouldn't wash my hair in the sink because that's where you wash the dishes and so it is poor hygiene.I don't think any harm could come from it myself.Does anybody else have any views on this?

What I meant to say in the last post was that my neighbour said to her daughter 'You'll have to have it done tomorrow and tonight,you mard-arsed little git'.I couldn't because you are only allowed 500 characters.

I saw a little girl having her hair washed in the swimming baths once & she had a beaming smile on her face & was really enjoying the experience.However,I heard my neighbour's daughter let out the loudest cry once and when I put my ear to the wall I heard this :"You're stupid,Hazel,you'll have to have your hair washed every day if you cry like this." Apart from the obvious one about shampoo in the eyes,can anyone offer an explanation of what children dislike about shampooing?

I saw a parent at the hair dresser punish their child by having the hair dresser shampoo him I don't think shampoos should be used as a punishment.

Your video is very good, and it helps kids know that proper hair care is essential and does not have to be a bad experience.
