that sounds like your just wasting your time when in most final fantasy games, all you need is at least 1 healer/summoner, 1 black mage and the rest physical attackers, and no the old games didnt, 1-3 (cant remember 2 that well) and 5 only used 4 characters, in all but 11 and 14, all u needed was the same formula and that was it, it never forces you to use back row characters. and i choose to use this team, the game should not force u to use a useless character

@highlander5523 Who wants to have to switch between characters. FF purists who have to have all of their characters at the same level. The old games that force you to bring back low level characters is the games fault. Not your own for not leveling that character up. But thats not the reason why people do it. Its because they want to have everyone on the same level instead of playing through the game actually having to make choices.

yeah because forcing somebody to switch outing that is 20 levels behind because now the game says that person is useful? FF6 had it and that is the best rpg ever (at least in my opinion) FF7 had it, personally i dont want to grind because im 3/4 done with the game and thats when the rest of the characters become useless, that is just a cheap way to artificially make the game longer, if they want the game to be long, then make the bosses stronger

@highlander5523 the fact that just the people fighting gets exp makes it better. Everybody getting experience that isnt fighting defenatly makes it too easy. It's no longer a role playing game because you can't make decisions on how you want to train anymore. Sure it's less anoying but the people who like that, are people who just want to go through the game handed to them on a platter. Not play it

personally, i think 10 was boring and 13 is easy and linear

i cant really say 1 is better then another since 10 was good but it was really boring but i hate that only the ones fighting get EXP (it makes sense but its annoying) and i like that 13 gives EXP to everybody but the games was just too easy and gave u no freedom for the 1st half of the game was was just get from point A to point B, overall, i like 13 slightly more but 6 will always be the best to me

ive heard ppl say FFX was bad, but they say this is good. Thats a big WTF in my book... Dachamp is on point. SO, they make another FFXIII game and its going to be the same complaints...
