Read Plato and Augustine and you'll realize that although ICP is apart of God's path for all things, because everything- every sin- is in God's will, it is not truth. It becomes clear that Augustine and the ICP are doing the same thing, and if both parties believe the words they speak, they must believe God is a universal concept, although people are tricked into believing in particular deities by the noble lies set out by philosophers, theologians, politicians, capitalists, etc., then they both have the same intentions.

The difference is that Augustine left his life of wealth and had no profit from his book, The Confessions, other than submitting himself

How is this not like Christianity? You tell us of a man who was in the pit of sin, had a vision of the dark carnival, set himself straight according to the path of God, observed his self and his moral tendencies to guide him along that path, and then sold ICP records to help people have their own revelatory experiences with God.

If I switch "dark carnival" with "the freedom set out for ones soul by God, through Jesus Christ" and "ICP records" with "Augustine's Confessions"
