Not inherited, but learned it. Some early biographies (pre-Barker" insisted that her classmates heard it. By the time she went to Brussels, I expect, she had lost it.
According to Mrs Gaskell, Patrick Bronte had lost all trace of his Irish accent by the time the family moved to Howarth - and certainly when she met him. So, how could Charlotte have inherited his Irish accent?
