NFL great Deion Sanders reports from the Under Armour High School Foootball Combine in Davie, Florida. More than 200 of the Miami area's top high school football players participated in an NFL-style combine, with Deion, Cris Carter, Eric Metcalf and top trainers providing hands-on instruction to the players. The athletes, many of whom are top-100 national recruits, were tested in the 40-yard dash, shuttle run, vertical jump, long jump, bench press and cone drills.

He runs the 40 backwards and gets 4.4. <---YOU EXPECT ME TO BELIEVE THIS SHIT..The problem with running backwards is the levers, you can't get fast enough because of the short range of motion. Running backwards will allow you to accell faster than forward but then top off at ~13mph. While running forward you can get up to ~25 but it will be a longer accell to 13mph and above than backpedel
