I am an ex-smoker. I know the extremely unhealthy effects of cigarettes. However it should not be the government's responsibility to protect us from ourselves. We need to take personal responsibility. Same with obesity.

i started at 13 years old and i lost everything because of it... Sports, MONEY, and i cant even enjoy running around like a teenage should be.... working on quittting :) theres hope

Ive been smoking on n off since I was fifteen I know the effects and how withdrawls feel there horrible as hell and I cant breathe as well as I did wgen I was 15 when I first started and now im almost 21 and I always tell people to not smoke its a filthy habbit and disgusting and makes you have bad breath smelly clothes and it kills you too

Hahaha. Yeah. The body cleans the lungs, but if you KEEP smoking, your lungs will continue to keep getting damaged. Same goes for your heart.
