doctors base their decision on evidence-based medicine. research that shows if something works by comparing it with placebos and control groups. these nutrition 'experts' couldn't get jobs as real dieticians in the most backward hospital on earth, yet they claim to be experts on food and health. its dangerous and worrying

nyxs60 I think you'll find that Dr. Goldacre had written many articles against big pharma and even, although I'm not sure, a book against big pharma.

Shazzie quite rightly pointed out that our so called leading dietician Catherine Collins is not an advert for dieticians as a whole, she's quite right! In fact Ben Goldacre isn't either IMHO. We have to remember they are employed by pharmaceutical companies. They discussed the case of water overload quite rightly but as a nurse, I've seen worse 'legitimate' adverse events from pharmaceutical drugs (not given in error but prescribed). Poor biased journalism indeed.

Witches...burn them!!! What a load of rubbish. Barbara Wren's teachings are sound...based in science...this is a poor, poor job of journalism...the so-called journalists should be disgusted in themselves...but I'm sure they are likely to get that story wrong too...shame

i saw this lady at the totnes truthmovement aand a lot of whst she said made sense. she has a book called celular awakening. maybe look at the whole picture before judging? good people are always being debunked by the ptb
