Now this is why you need to be tied off to the roof.Two failures is what it take for tragedy ! Now it's only an embarrassment.That is why ladder work is more dangerous because you don't have a back up except savey and proper training in all respect to window cleaning ladders or hi-rise! Even then that can fail!
