  • What camera do you often use?

  • Hello @mreinstein48. These are done either with 4x5 large format film or with Nikon D3 and tilt/shit lenses....

  • Hi Marc, Great stuff. love your pics.

    I also love the slideshow.

Did you use a pirticular software to make it? if so which one?

  • Thanks @k00lp00l2. I used animoto.com to make the slideshow. Check it out. It's very easy to work with. Only downside is lack of very detailed control over transitions, duration of slides etc.

  • what a frustrating video. you took amazing long exposures, then wouldnt let us look at them, kept flashing them up for a half second at a time, with 1-2 second transitions that sometimes encroached on the images. frustrating.

  • @MarcKoegel Where do you buy those shit lenses ?

  • lovely photos!!! do you use ND filters? greetings from Mexico

  • @MarcKoegel Great Shots - the subway images are my favourites.

Equipment wise, I`d love a 4 by 5 camera, but am a little concerned about adequate DOF for subjects where horizontal and vertical sharpness are required. I`ve used my d3x at iso 100 for exposures up to 75 seconds, and found the blacks to be deep and noise to be non-existent

  • "Nikon D3 and tilt/shit lenses..." :D

  • Great work all round, vid tracks and shots, too many people just buy a camera and take 'snaps' . inspirational this is how to use a camera

  • excellent.

    take care

  • Great track, excellent photos!

  • did anyone notice he say "tilt/SHIT" lens? LMFAO

  • great work, no doubt but way too animated slideshow make me think if this is a fashion shoot... just my two cents.

  • little fast loves your medium one of my own favorites have a few on face book
