I'm not aware of any way other than cheating your way through the levels.

Once you beat them then you can skip to any level.

i had the same problems with the portals and the walls in the escape levels are purple when i set mat_dxlevel 70 its all ok but the weapon had to much reflection when i set it to 80 the walls are purple when i set it to 90 the sky in some maps outdoor are green yellow and it deosn't save it when i exit the game and joined it again the problem is always avaible >_< can anyone help me??

Anyway don't worry, Mac users: even if there are some bugs now, Valve will surely fix them as usual and send them to you through the automatic update feature.
