About the Program

Today's fast paced and complex business environment requires leaders to find new and innovative ways to develop their leadership and strategic management capabilities. Our Advanced Management Program is aimed at developing senior and middle level managers who want to find new ways of leading for enhanced effectiveness in today's dynamic business context.

The program is a five and a half day, live-in, experiential learning style program which provides an intensive simulation of management problems and situations which aim to develop leadership competencies. You will be exposed to leading ideas in leadership and management as well as being given powerful, practical tools which you then have the opportunity to experientially explore.

The program is grounded in the Integral model of leadership, a highly advanced model of leadership which integrates all previous models into a holistic framework.
