Soon, my country, you'll be rich.
How much I love this poem.
GO CYMRU!

The poem is called "Steel." It's by the Welsh poet Paul Henry and will appear in his next book, "The Brittle Sea: New & Selected Poems" - to be published by Seren in October 2010. It's also on the poet's web site.

It's not a song: it's a poem by a writer called Paul Henry.
If you go onto the Welsh bit of BBCi, you can find a prog with this and other poems, read by the same bloke who reads this one

The poem is from a series of poems on the various positions in rugby and can be found on the BBC Wales website.
The video was sent to me by a friend who got it off the tv just before the England:Wales game.
There is a better version on YouTube - didn't know at the time of uploading.
