The 100m-world champion and record holder Usain Bolt has dared the Kenyan youth to attempt the sprints and follow their dreams, protecting their environment along the way. Bolt, who joined Jochen Zeitz in launching the Zeitz Foundation in Kenya is also looking forward to adopting a cheetah on Monday. Former world hurdler Colin Jackson joined Bolt and Zeitz in the ceremony.

  • mscheew! Sprints are for steroid pumpers. Us Kenyans are good with winning cleanly competed mid and long distances

  • ROFL!! ... pull out a machete and chase him all over the track!

Now that is very funny!! You made my day.

  • Hate speech? Where did that come from?

  • Kenyan athletes should then communicate in either Kiswahili, Kalenjin or Kikuyu with interpretors to translate whatever they are saying. Our Ethiopian brothers and sisters are doing just that. Does that make them look less intelligent? The bottom line is that English is not a native language of Kenya. Your inferiority complex is quite puzzling... just because a Dr. Donald writes something in English!! There is no correlation between talent and English communication, gosh!

  • Patwa - like sheng - is not even a language. The guy is speaking good English not Patwa. End of story. Nyie mna shida kweli!

  • Lol! Ati "get schooled?" Kwani umesahau ni nani "shonde x 2?"

  • karuitha take a more global view, u need not be in a box, more than long distance in your people blood u just never know a year or two from now kenya may produce the fastest 100m in the world.

  • Thanks for covering my back siasabest. Many people, atleast the commentator, have learnt something today. English as English ought to be spoken cannot qualify as a first language in the English speaking Carebean. Unfortunately we Kenyans tend to think that any forighner who utters a few English words is an english speaker better than us. The more reason we should comment from a point of knowledge or some minimal information base. Once again siasa... thanks for enlightening Kenyans

  • I just did. No problem now!

  • A Jamaican regret he lost a race? I doubt it!

He will be first to give the winner a bear hug...not pull out a machete and chase him all over the track!
