some of it is. believe it or not, due to how slow some people's game loads sometimes, there is more lag then there ever would be. and plus, it has solved a lot of the "finding a game" problems. when a server is trying to find you a game, it has to check your online status, the items on the disk, and what you have saved on the hard drive (for example, downloadable content)

it isn't system lag though, its server lag.

not really. its been proven. if you install the game onto the hard drive, it doesnt need to read the data from the disc. it already has it in the memory. therefore, faster loading times. and faster loading times = less lag because everything loads faster.

the game's problems have nothing to do with the hard drive. install it to the disk if you want, it'll do squat.

Lol I have both and I prefer Gears of war 2 but Resistance 2 is cool too.I talk about solo adventure not multiplayer.

there is one thing ill say that is bad in R2 and that is the bosses are piss easy to beat i cleared the game on superhuman and the bosses are so easy but everything else is great bout the game especially the online
