  • @chaywoo My subscription never expired and unfortunately I am still paying for it, and still had all those problems. So are all the customers I put on them. I am working on moving all of them away from Digium now because of the horrible support. I had one customer who worked with Digium for two weeks before they finally fixed his phones. Cost him a lot of business.

  • @TheMedde Thanks for the helpful information.. I just read some of the fine print and it says if your subscription lapses, you get charged 384.00. And then you have these problems too? I Definitely will not buy, thanks.

  • @chaywoo You aren't looking very hard. Cisco, Avaya, 8x8 and many others have a lot more. Even NEC has a phone system with as much as Digium. Digiums support sucks so bad that it won't matter what features they get. They claim to be super cheap and they have a "decent" price point. But stay down a week because their support sucks and you will forget all about the money you saved over another phone system.

  • @TheMedde So what did you end up with? I haven't seen anything with a control center or switch board like these guys have, not even close, unless I'm missing something.. So how goes it these days with the phone system? thanks

  • Save your money. System is pretty good but the support is non-existent. Email support sucks really bad. They want you to pay outrageous for phone support. Then they tell you reboot. If that don't work they give you a list of 50 settings to change in 20 different combinations and then tell you try each, reboot after each and then call them back in two weeks if that doesn't work for you.
