  • i was in the room when this was shot. he was the junior world kettlebell champ. he has no need to go back to the basics. he is jerking his body weight one handed fluidly for reps. if thats basic level belling id love to see what advanced was in your opinion.

  • @rmsolympic1 Pavel's book - Enter the Kettlebell is a really good starting point.

  • Braaaavoooooooooo Giwrgoooooooooooooooooooooo

  • @michaeltorre use his whole body

  • A request for advice from seasoned Kettlebell lifters: how can I start working out with kettlebells, preferably using DVD's or instructional guides as opposed to an instructor, which I cannot currently afford? Thx for serious responses.

  • Any exercise is better than none. Bickering about which is superior Kettlebell or free weights is just stupid. Both have their benefits. I personally train both. I gotta 55lb, 80lb, and 106lb Kettlebell and they're soooo awesome for joint stability and strength endurance and the nervous system. But I still do barbell squats, dead lift, and clean and press just for the raw power.

  • that'swhat i was wondering too...must have very good tendon and ligament strength

  • Thats a lead kb !

  • kettlebells give no more power or strenth than any other explosive weight movement, and a rep of a weight to ur body is just a rep with that weight, id say the kettlebell helped him at this weight in this lift because he didnt have to control the weight at the grip level, if this was a dumbell i doubt even one rep. If you cant understand why ill post it but im hoping you will figure it out ur self. . . good kettlebell lift sir, keep up the good work.
