  • People with HIGH HDL levels DO NOT GET HEART ATTACKS which has been confirmed by blood tests taken from millions of heart-attack victims in hospitals!

  • You should be ashamed of yourself for that video!

We don't know the benefits of high HDL? yes we do.......Of the 100Ks of people coming to hospital for heart-failure, JUST 1% of these patients have high HDL.

If your HDL level is 30 or LOWER, YOU WILL HAVE A HEART-ATTACK, and it doesn't matter if you are a freak of nature with LDL levels lower than 100. So your total cholesterol can be 130 or LESS, and you are in DANGER IF YOUR HDL IS LESS THAN 28!!!

  • Hah, thats funny, I just got done reading the Mayo Clinics take on Niacin, and they say it is effective. I think I'll trust the Mayo clinic over this self serving Doctor.
