U have to beat Crymel Sylph in order to receiver aerialboard, it can be activated on World Map, by pressing [ -] and choosing 'Aerialboard'

how often do you find enemies who give you 3000 xp????

Its rare on inferia, its almost impossible on the 1st disc ;)

But further, in the final dungeon or in the nereid dungeon u can get even 5000xp but after u've reached lv 90+ xp is decreasing ;)
