great curb appeal!

Screened porch is necessary because of the bugs coming off of the water 9 months of the year.
The front needs help. Some steppable groundcovers, medium height shrubs and trees and some evergreens. Break up that green from the backyard with blue, yellow and varigated leaves. Statuary, water feature in the front. A tire-swing in the back would be quite low-country.
