if you download an app that is made for a blackberry with a trackball you can turn off compatibility mode somewhere in the options so it works with the touch screen. im not sure where the option is but just google it and you should find it easy

I deleted DEsktop IPPP from service book and its working now.. :)
But it really suck though,, no good apps like ip phone :( .... and for stupid appsss u have to pay 4,5, dollars... forget that.

to launch your apps go to your download folder, there saved there by default and from there you can move them to your home sreen

the apps are downloaded into the download folder in the home menu. you dont need to go to the app world to open them.
