12/27/07125 lbs.Does my back round too much in the bottom? Should I go as far as my hip flexibility allows (what I'm doing), or only as far as my back is rigid?

Thanks for noticing!
I've actually got some tight hips, so I'm working on the flexibility so that my knees don't bow in.
P.S. I'm training for O-lifting, so I sorta am squatting as deep as possible.

Only need to go parallel. Also make sure your knees don't come in, keep them out.
