Does my back round too much in the bottom? Should I go as far as my hip flexibility allows (what I'm doing), or only as far as my back is rigid?

  • Thanks for noticing!

I've actually got some tight hips, so I'm working on the flexibility so that my knees don't bow in.

P.S. I'm training for O-lifting, so I sorta am squatting as deep as possible.

  • Only need to go parallel. Also make sure your knees don't come in, keep them out.
