Hello everyone from the "director" lol. Thanks for your wonderful comments. We're not trying to say that we are getting a better educations than medical students. We are just saying that we are part of the healthcare team and that we have a lot to learn in a small amount of time. Plus there is a lot of poetic licence involved LOL. In the end, we wanted to make a medical rap video that had a little more of a professional look than some of the others out there. I think we succeeded!!!!

We are in no way saying that we replace the extensive medical expertise and training of physicians. Hence the lyrics "we skip residency" and "work together as a team". PAs are highly valuable, educated, and experienced members of the healthcare team. We go through a rigorous curriculum as well, but do not claim to work harder than medical students, etc. We are not in competition - we are in collaboration and seek to practice on a physician-led team to care for our patients.
