bandsawxpert you do not know what you are talking about. The Rikon 10-325 has this issue no matter what you do with the bottom wheel. I've adjustment mine to the extremes and back with little change. I've noticed around the net that its a 10-325 problem and I'd like to hear form any actual owners who have solved the problem. When winding down my vibrates so much its hard keeping anything on the table.

I had the same problem with my 10325. After adjustment much better but still lots of vibration and the blade guides are a pain in the ass. But very nice to have that resaw capacity. I've sliced pretty thick board wired at 120 without much problem. The vibration drives me crazy though.

Use the original blade when making the adjustments.

This is a simple adjustment that pertains to the lower wheel. The toe in/out of the lower wheel has to be corrected. This is done with the four bolts around the lower wheel shaft at the rear of the saw. Call RIKON's Tech Suppoort for specific instructions for this adjustment. 877-884-5157

Did this same movement happen with the stock blade?

Yes it did and worse. This is a higland 1/2" woodslicer. This blade is awesome and cuts very well. The saw performs very well. Just wanted to minimize the movement. If anyone of you guys can post yours that would be a great comparison. Just used my digital camera for this video shot. It's a 33mb avi file.
