2) Gen. Musharaf’s local body law is finished in Sind.
Gen. Zia’s 1979 local body law is re implemented.
We all knew that Gen. Zia is a great leader. He has done at least 2 great things for Pak.
1) Punished a powerful killer (BHOTO) and set an example for all HARAMIES.
2) Made a law for local bodies in 1979, which is proved good by all PPP.

@6192328 muhajir is not a caste. Its a human condition where the subject is either forced to move or compelled to. Our Prophet PBUH was a muhajir too.
