@MrAirsoft858 I believe you are referring to the lens hood? it is used to prevent lens flare I believe.

Hello! Did you get it from courts? :P I bought it from them and they offered me a 2 lens kit too. But don't you find this camera's noise and auto-focusing abit annoying. lol!

Nope, got it from HN, pricing is better at HN than since got a better deal. shooting outdoors is better for this cam. the noise is there bah if shooting in low light. it is still acceptable to a certain sense to me haha.
