Oh dear. So sad we can do nothing then. I was wondering if they may be damaged beyond repair too. I am in Canada and have worked myself with children and seen this kind of thing. Sometimes it is just too late! Birth Control should be free and available to everyone. That may help some.

3 to 11% of the total population are gypsies. In Hungary for example 3% (official census) or 6-11% (unofficial estimation) of the total population are gypsies (no offense intended for Hungarians) The Gypsy peoples originate from Sind region now in Pakistan, and if the Romanians are from Pakistan...you get the picture!
