Joe came out of the corner and stood there with his hands in his pockets. "Can we talk now?" He stood there vulnerable waiting for her response.

Lexi just shrugged her shoulders keeping her eyes on her sandwich.

He slowly walked over to the table and sat on the chair across from Lexi in hopes that he could make eye contact with her. "How have you been feeling?" He asked quietly not knowing how she would respond.

"Ive been ok." She said softly. She sounded scared.

"Im glad to hear your doing better." He noticed she had begun to cry. "babe please dont cry. I hate it when you cry."

"What do you expect? You hurt me really bad Joe." She whiped away the tears and looked up at him. "I was embarrassed."

"I know im sorry. I really am. But I know if I tell you that I didnt kiss her you wouldnt believe me. She set it all up."

She stayed quiet and had her head resting on her arm.

"Please talk to me. I want us to work this out Lexi. I cant go on like this. Im miserable. This just shows me how much I cant be without you."

"Its not just the kiss Joe..." she said whispering. He could barely hear her.

"Then what is it? Just tell me. What do I need to work on?"

"You'll never know how it felt to be so alone when I needed you the most. That was the worst feeling ever. I was so scared. You became so distant when you went touring that I constantly felt that I was just in the way of you reaching your dream. Im just another worry for you to have on your shoulders and you dont need that. And then to have everyone know that im the girl with cancer that you are going out with. And i thought that you got tired of me and moved on to a beautiful superstar. Of course you wouldnt want to stay with me you wanted to be with her. Shes beautiful, healthy, and you can relate to her more because of your careers. I go on the internet and find the picture of me getting out of the hospital and having to read comments from people asking why would you be with me. Or that youre only with me because you feel bad for me." She was sobbing uncontrollably and Joe began to cry because he couldnt stand to see her hurt so much. He had no idea she felt that way. "I think im just holding you back Joe and I should just let you go."

"No. dont tell me that." He went over to sit next to her. "You are my girl. I love you. I dont just say those words just because Alexis. When im with you I feel like a better person. You make me feel better than any tour, success, anything could make me feel. If I had to choose between my career and you I would take you at the drop of a hat." He grabbed her hands and kissed them. "I want you back Lexi. And now I only hope that you would take me back." He looked at her straight in the eye waiting for her answer.

"I dont know Joe." She said breaking their stare. "I dont think im the right girl for you." She got up and began to walk away. He ran after her and grabbed her waist and turned her around.

"You are everything I ever wanted and more." He whispered to her inches away from her face. With that he gave her a soft kiss. She stopped and smiled and began to kiss him again. The kissing began to get more intense and then they heard nick walk in.

"So I take it you guys are back together." He said turned around and walked away.

They stopped kissing and looked over to nick. They began to laugh and Joe gave her the biggest hug and held her close. He never wanted to let go. "Im so happy your mine again. i missed holding you." He whispered in her ear.

"Diddo." She said.

"Did you hear my song?" He asked already knowing the answer.

"Yeah. Did you really mean it?" She said playing with his shirt.

"every word. Did you really mean sending me the rhianna song?"

"Not really. But that was kind of how I felt."

"I have another song for you." He said. "Wanna hear it? it was my plan b if this stake out didnt work." She laughed and nodded her head yes and he lead her back to her room where he grabbed her guitar. "Here it goes..."

ok i luv the drama but its seriously getting me annoyed they breakup get to gether break up again go crazy get cancer sam goes crazy break up, bitches ,make ups,.....but i LUV it to,,it's like u hate and luv at the same time.
