I know numerous soldiers who have been on multiple tours of duty in Afghanistan. They say that there is a marked difference in the living conditions of the Afghan people, between when they first arrived, and now.

Our main goal is rebuilding, and seem that we are achieving that purpose.

DID the AFGHANS lie to the CANADIANS? Very Likely!! But the worst lies were the ones the CANADIANS told themselves. They believed them because it was convenient — and because not to believe them is too horrifying to think about............ CAN THIS BE TRUE?? But as of 24 Sept2008 Canada is having a hell of a hard time in Kandahar.
